Retornos e trocas de produtos

Oferecemos -lhe a possibilidade de devolver ou trocar seu pedido ou parte dele dentro de 14 dias após o recebimento do pedido.

• Product return cost from Finland is 7.90€ per return e o valor será deduzido no processamento de retorno.
• Na Finlândia, você também pode trazer seu retorno gratuitamente para o nosso Pop -up Store em Lauttasaari, Helsinque.
• In other European Union countries, return cost is 14.90€ per return e o valor será deduzido no processamento de retorno.
• In the European Union, the first product change of your order to a different size or color of the same product is free.
• Outside the European Union, you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns/exchanges, and we deduct 30€ from the customs declaration.

Para todos os pedidos, a política normal de troca e retorno de 14 dias se aplica. Please note that the product must be in perfect condition and the product labels must be attached.

We kindly remind you of the environmental impact caused by logistics and aim to avoid unnecessary deliveries. We are happy to help you choose the suitable product.

Política de devolução:

• Os itens retornados devem estar na condição que você os recebeu (novos, não utilizados, não lavados) com a caixa original e as embalagens, incluindo tags do fabricante, quando aplicável.
• Se apenas parte do pedido for devolvida e o valor do pedido restante for inferior a 129 € (limite de frete grátis), reservamos o direito de deduzir o custo de remessa original do reembolso.
• Se você devolver o pedido inteiro e usou o DHL Express (30 €) ou a entrega em casa de Matkahuolto (14,90 €), nos reservamos o direito de deduzir o custo de entrega adicional do reembolso.
• Um pacote não reclamado não é o mesmo que um pedido devolvido ou cancelado. Se o cliente não pegar a remessa, Weekendbee has the right to charge a 10€ handling fee, deducted from the refund.
• O período de retorno de 14 dias starts from the date you receive the package, and you must notify us within 14 days about the return. After notification, the package must be returned within the next 14 days. For returns made outside this period, a fee of 20€ will be charged.
• For EU orders, we provide a ready-made return label. If not used, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
• Keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.

After your item has returned to the warehouse, please allow us 2 weeks to process your return. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

Como trocar produtos:

• Preencha o Formulário de troca/retorno and return the exchanged product according to our return instructions.
• We do not process direct exchanges; all exchanges are done as a new order. Our customer service will send you a premade shopping cart for the exchange within the next working day.
• The shopping cart will include any discounts from the original order.
• Observação! Se a troca por um produto completamente diferente e seu pedido original teve um código de desconto, entre em contato com o atendimento ao cliente para fazer um novo pedido e solicitar um reembolso para o produto devolvido.
• Once you have paid for your shopping cart, we will send the new product.
• The returned product(s) will be credited once they arrive at our warehouse and are processed.

Como devolver produtos:

• Preencha o Formulário de retorno.
• Include the shipping list or write your order number and name inside the package to help identify the return.
• Remove old shipping labels from the package.
• Request a return receipt and keep it until the return is processed.

• União Europeia: A GLS or DHL Freight return label is included in your package. Siga o Gls ou DHL return instructions.
• Finlândia: Return the products with the original package to the Matkahuolto office. Escrever Matkahuolto return code 9563134 on the parcel, hand it over, and get a return receipt.
• Rest of the world: You are responsible for the return cost, and a 30€ customs declaration will be deducted from the refund. Use a postal service that insures the value of the items and obtain proof of posting. Envie o pacote para:

You must keep the return receipt until you receive the refund.
