Product returns and exchanges
We offer you the possibility to return or exchange your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Product return cost from Finland is 7.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing.
- In Finland, you can also bring your return for free to our Pop Up store in Lauttasaari, Helsinki.
- In other European Union countries, return cost is 14.90€ per return and the amount will be deducted at the return processing.
- In the European Union, the first product change of your order to a different size or color of the same product is free.
- Outside the European Union, you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns/exchanges, and we deduct 30€ from the customs declaration.
For all orders, the normal 14-day exchange and return policy applies. Please note that the product must be in perfect condition and the product labels must be attached.
We kindly remind you of the environmental impact caused by logistics and aim to avoid unnecessary deliveries. We are happy to help you choose the suitable product.
Return policy:
- Returned items must be in the condition you received them (new, unused, unwashed) with the original box and packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
- If only part of the order is returned and the value of the remaining order is less than 129€ (free shipping limit), we reserve the right to deduct the original shipment cost from the refund.
- If you return the entire order and used DHL Express (30€) or Matkahuolto home delivery (14.90€), we reserve the right to deduct the additional delivery cost from the refund.
- An unclaimed parcel is not the same as a returned or canceled order. If the customer does not pick up the shipment, Weekendbee has the right to charge a 10€ handling fee, deducted from the refund.
- The 14-day return period starts from the date you receive the package, and you must notify us within 14 days about the return. After notification, the package must be returned within the next 14 days. For returns made outside this period, a fee of 20€ will be charged.
- For EU orders, we provide a ready-made return label. If not used, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
- Keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.
After your item has returned to the warehouse, please allow us 2 weeks to process your return. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

How to exchange products:
- Fill in the exchange/return form and return the exchanged product according to our return instructions.
- We do not process direct exchanges; all exchanges are done as a new order. Our customer service will send you a premade shopping cart for the exchange within the next working day.
- The shopping cart will include any discounts from the original order.
- Note! If exchanging for a completely different product and your original order had a discount code, contact customer service to place a new order and request a refund for the returned product.
- Once you have paid for your shopping cart, we will send the new product.
- The returned product(s) will be credited once they arrive at our warehouse and are processed.
How to return products:
- Fill in the Return Form.
- Include the shipping list or write your order number and name inside the package to help identify the return.
- Remove old shipping labels from the package.
- Request a return receipt and keep it until the return is processed.
- European Union: A GLS or DHL Freight return label is included in your package. Follow the GLS or DHL return instructions.
- Finland: Return the products with the original package to the Matkahuolto office. Write Matkahuolto return code 9563134 on the parcel, hand it over, and get a return receipt.
- Rest of the world: You are responsible for the return cost, and a 30€ customs declaration will be deducted from the refund. Use a postal service that insures the value of the items and obtain proof of posting. Ship the package to:

Problem situations:
You must keep the return receipt until you receive the refund.
If your order is missing, damaged during delivery, or otherwise unsatisfactory, notify the relevant party within 14 days. If damaged during delivery, file a complaint with the courier immediately. Contact us at info@weekendbee.com
